Exclusive Agency Agreement

The agent cannot charge you any fees or fees related to an agreement that has been duly revoked. All the money you have already paid to the agent must be refunded to you. Each company and any agent acknowledges that a violation of Articles 3, 8 or 9 would cause immediate and inappropriate harm for which monetary damage would be insufficient.
